About MikroTik
MikroTik is a Latvian company founded in 1996. It develops routing hardware and software as well as wireless ISP systems used all over the world. It is known for its RouterOS operating system and RouterBOARD hardware, aimed at internet service providers, integrators and advanced users. The range includes RouterBOARD and CCR routers, CRS switches and wireless equipment.
Import and delivery
Robas imports the products directly from the manufacturer's factories and handles EU customs clearance. Goods arrive at our warehouse in Žirovnica, Slovenia, where they are prepared for dispatch, and we deliver them regularly to online and physical retailers. Retailers send us their enquiry by email or phone, and we prepare a quote with prices and delivery terms.
After-sales support
We provide technical support and warranty assistance to retailers and end users after purchase. Warranty terms differ by brand and product.
